Over the past few years our Junior section has grown steadily.

At West Allotment Celtic Juniors, our club philosophy is to hold open training in the summer, and not trials as we believe every child can be developed and it’s about the long term player development.  We also believe in the early years that teaching ball manipulation and staying on the ball is very important.  Of course, overriding all this is fun, and building friendships and confidence.

 

All of our coaches are FA qualified and share best practice. We also have level 2 coaches and those that hold UEFA B and FA Youth Award certificates. Our aim is develop a whole club approach and a feeling of belonging and for those that want to a route to Northern League football and Women's.
